Today I want to share a quick recipe for incredibly delicious lazy apple pies made from pita bread in a pan. Homemade cakes are crispy with tender and juicy filling. Cook and you won't regret it!

Divide the lavash sheet into equal rectangular strips.

Wash the apples thoroughly in cool running water, dry, then carefully remove the core. Peel with a vegetable peeler if desired. Grate the prepared apples on a coarse grater.

Put the strips of pita bread on a clean work surface of the kitchen table. Place the apple filling on the edge of each strip. Sprinkle with granulated sugar on top. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar depending on your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the apples.

Roll the pita bread until you get a neat triangular envelope. Shape the rest of the patties in the same way.
