It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple, incredibly tasty and quick recipe for batter pies made from pita bread in a pan. The patties are perfect for breakfast, a snack or a friendly tea party. Prepare unusual pastries and pleasantly surprise your guests and relatives.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pita bread patties in batter.

Peel the onions and rinse under cold water, then chop with a knife. Rinse pork under water, dry. Pass onions, meat and hard cheese through a meat grinder. Season with salt and spices to taste.
