Deliciously delicious lamb pilaf cooked over the fire is very easy to prepare! This is an incredibly delicious and satisfying dish. The lamb turns out to be amazingly tender and soft, and the rice is crumbly and aromatic. Simply delicious!

Rinse the rice and soak it in cold water.

Now we wash the lamb and clean it from the white film, cut the meat into cubes about 1.5 * 1.5 cm.

Peel the onion, cut it into half rings.

We also peel and wash the carrots, then cut them into thin strips.

Pour vegetable oil into the cauldron and heat it, put the lamb and fry it for 10 minutes, stirring it, then add the onions and carrots and continue to fry for another 10 minutes.
