Beef pilaf can be a great lunch option. And you can cook it yourself at home in a cauldron. Lamb meat is traditionally used, we suggest taking tender beef.

Soak the rice for half an hour in hot water. Peel, wash and chop the beef, onions and carrots.

Heat vegetable oil in a cauldron and fry the onion and meat for 15 minutes.

Then add carrots, salt and spices, continue to fry for another 10 minutes.

Then pour boiling water into the cauldron so that the water covers the contents by 1.5-2 centimeters. Add the head of garlic, bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then remove the garlic, add the washed rice and add water. Bring the pilaf to a boil and simmer until the rice absorbs the liquid.
