Rinse the turkey meat and cut it into medium sized pieces.

We spread the meat on the roaster with vegetable oil. We also send grated carrots, chopped onions, salt and spices here.

Stir the products and fry them for 10-15 minutes until tender.

Add rice to the roaster. Fill the contents with water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
