Pilaf is prepared according to the general rules, only on a baking sheet all the ingredients are laid out in the reverse order: fried vegetables, rice, chicken. First, prepare all the ingredients for pilaf in the amount indicated in the recipe. Peel and rinse carrots and onions. Wash chicken drumsticks under running water with a napkin to remove excess moisture.
