Wash the pork and cut into cubes.
step 2 out of 7
Put the cauldron on gas, warm it up and lay out the meat. Fry over high heat until all moisture has evaporated. Then add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, let the meat brown, pour in a little water so that the pork is completely covered, and bring to a boil. Then cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat for half an hour.
step 3 out of 7
Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Remove the husk from the onion and chop it finely.
step 4 out of 7
Rinse the rice in several waters.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the remaining oil into the cauldron, add the onions and carrots, fry for 5-7 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
Add rice to the cauldron, pour in boiling water, salt and season to taste. Close the cauldron with a lid and simmer the pilaf over low heat for half an hour without stirring.
step 7 out of 7
Remove the top layer of husk from the garlic, but do not disassemble it into cloves. After half an hour, add garlic and barberry to the cauldron, simmer for another 10 minutes. Then let the pilaf brew for 15-20 minutes. After that, the pilaf can be served.
