Peel and wash vegetables. Rinse the rice and soak in hot water.

Cut the onions into half rings. Heat the olive oil in a cauldron and fry the onion until golden brown.

Cut the beef into small cubes. Add the meat to the cauldron to the fried onions. The meat should be well browned on all sides.
