Pilaf with lamb in a Redmond slow cooker

Making traditional pilaf is not easy at all. The multicooker "Redmond", as it has a program for this particular dish, will help you to cook with less effort and time a wonderful pilaf, which is not inferior in its qualities to those cooked in a cauldron. Cooking lamb pilaf.

step 8 out of 8
Put the washed rice in an even layer on top of zirvak (meat with vegetables). Place peeled garlic cloves in a layer of rice. Then pour the amount of hot water indicated in the recipe into the bowl. Close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "Pilaf" program for the default time. After the signal about the end of the program, leave the lamb pilaf for 20-30 minutes in the “Warm up” mode. Then gently stir the cooked pilaf with a spatula, remove the sample, and the dish can be served.
