Pilaf with lamb in a multicooker-pressure cooker

The multicooker-pressure cooker cooks food faster than usual. However, in order to cook pilaf using this technique, it is necessary to follow a certain technology: fry the meat, cook zirvak and stew it along with rice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the lamb and cut into large pieces. Put the meat in the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, pour in 500 milliliters of water, add a little salt and simmer it for 40 minutes. Next, put the pressure cooker in the "Baking" mode, pour in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the meat until golden brown.
step 2 out of 6
Peel the carrots, wash and cut into strips. Remove the husk from the onion, cut it into half rings.
step 3 out of 6
Add vegetables to the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl and simmer until half cooked. Then add the pilaf seasoning, stir and continue to fry for 10 minutes.
step 4 out of 6
Rinse the rice with running water several times, put it on top of the zirvak in an even layer. Pour the contents of the bowl with boiling water or hot meat broth, drown a whole garlic in the center. Salt the dish again.
step 5 out of 6
Close the lid of the multicooker-pressure cooker and select the "Porridge" mode for 30 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
After the signal, do not open the lid for 10 minutes, let the dish brew. Then stir the pilaf and serve hot.
Bon Appetit!
