To make your pilaf tasty and rich, it must be simmered over low heat. Therefore, cauldrons with thick walls or multicooker-pressure cookers, which keep the temperature well, are so good for this dish.

Peel and wash vegetables. Cut the onion into half rings, the carrots into strips.

Wash the beef and cut into cubes.

Pour corn oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, turn on the "Fry" mode and put the onion, cook it for 5 minutes. Then add the carrots and cook for a couple more minutes.
