In a multicooker, pilaf with beef turns out to be less fatty than in a frying pan or in a cauldron. Without much hassle, you will have a wonderful hearty meal for a family dinner.

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and activate the "Frying" or "Baking" mode. Spoon the meat out and grill it for 15 minutes.

Peel, wash and cut the vegetables into medium-sized cubes. Add vegetables to the multicooker bowl. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes on the Fry setting.

Rinse the rice until the water becomes clear. After half an hour of cooking in the "Fry" mode, add rice to the multicooker bowl.
