Pilaf with chicken in the mulinex multicooker

The Mulinex multicooker is equipped with many modern programs and in it you can cook excellent pilaf, which preserves the traditional "spirit" of pilaf in a cauldron well. Pilaf is always moist and crumbly. The recipe suggests frying chicken meat and vegetables separately, so for some reason it tastes better.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Rinse chicken meat and cut into small portions. Fry it in a skillet or in a multicooker bowl on the Fry program for 10 minutes and until golden brown. Season the fried meat with a little salt, sprinkle with black pepper and transfer to a separate plate.
step 2 out of 10
Peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into small cubes.
step 3 out of 10
Chop the carrots on a coarse grater or chop into thin strips.
step 4 out of 10
Transfer the chopped vegetables to a bowl, add a little vegetable oil to them and fry until golden brown on the same program for 10 minutes.
step 5 out of 10
Then put the fried chicken pieces into the bowl with the vegetables, stir with a spatula and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
step 6 out of 10
Rinse the rice several times with cold water and lay an equal layer on top of the chicken with vegetables. Then sprinkle the rice with salt and black pepper to your liking. You do not need to stir the rice.
step 7 out of 10
Then fill these ingredients with hot water until 1 cm above the rice layer. If there is no experience in cooking pilaf, then take the ratio of rice and water 1: 2 so that the pilaf is crumbly. Pour water little by little and along the side of the bowl.
step 8 out of 10
Close the lid of the appliance and set the Pilaf program for the Moulinex multicooker. The default time will be 20 minutes.
step 9 out of 10
After the signal about the end of the program, open the lid, add the chives of garlic, peeled and cut into halves, to the pilaf, close the lid and leave the pilaf for 10 minutes to infuse.
step 10 out of 10
Then stir the pilaf with chicken with a spatula and serve.
Bon Appetit!
