Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First, prepare all the products for cooking pilaf and place them in different dishes. Peel the onions and carrots immediately. Rinse the required amount of rice well several times with cold water.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. If your meat is ice cream, do not defrost it completely, it will be more convenient to cut it into even cubes.
step 3 out of 6
Chop the peeled onions into small cubes. Chop the carrots on a coarse grater, but it is better to chop them into thin cubes. Cut the peeled chives into halves.
step 4 out of 6
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the Polaris multicooker to your liking, because our meat is lean. Then, in the first layer, place the onion cubes evenly on the bottom of the bowl. Spread the chopped carrots evenly on top of them.
step 5 out of 6
Place the chicken fillet slices on top of the vegetables.
step 6 out of 6
Then fill a layer of meat with washed rice and spread it evenly with a spoon. Crumble the Maggi bouillon cube on top of the rice, which will make the pilaf more aromatic and tasty without much spiciness. Then pour water into the bowl. For crumbly pilaf, the ratio of rice to water is usually 1: 2. Then salt the dish to your liking and add the halves of the garlic cloves to it. Close the lid of the multicooker. Install the "Pilaf" program and set the time to 1 hour, which is calculated for a given quantity of products. After the signal about the end of the program, leave the pilaf in the multicooker for 5-10 minutes, then open the lid and stir the dish with a spatula. Crumbly and tender pilaf with chicken in the Polaris multicooker is ready. You can serve it to the table.
Bon Appetit!
