Pilaf with chicken in a Redmond slow cooker

For pilaf in the Redmond slow cooker, it is advisable to choose Basmati or Jasmine rice, as they contain a little gluten, which makes the dish crumbly. An important condition for the preparation of pilaf is not to stir the ingredients in the bowl after adding the rice. We use the programs "Frying" and "Stewing".
