Pilaf does not always turn out crumbly when cooked in a saucepan or cauldron, most often - rice porridge with meat. In a multicooker-pressure cooker, pilaf is always crumbly, tasty and cooks quickly and easily. The ingredients for pilaf are the same as for the traditional one, only in the multicooker-pressure cooker the volume is smaller, but this is enough for a family dinner. Cooking pilaf with chicken.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker and turn on the "Fry / Fry" program for 5 minutes so that the oil is well heated. Then put the chicken pieces into the heated oil and fry it on the same program for 10 minutes. Do not close the cover of the appliance. Stir the chicken several times with a spatula during frying.
Rinse the rice for pilaf several times with cold water and put in an even layer on top of the meat and vegetables. Place the head of garlic in the middle of the rice. Then pour hot water into the bowl so that it only covers the rice. Tighten the lid of the multicooker-pressure cooker with the valve. Run the "Stew / Pilaf" program for 20 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
