Cooking pilaf in the oven. By and large, you can take a form from any material for this, but it is in a glass dish that it looks especially impressive and bakes well. In a frying pan, heat up such an amount of vegetable oil so that it covers the bottom by a centimeter, heat it until hot. Pour onions into the heated oil and fry them over medium heat until translucent. Then add the carrots, stir and cook with stirring for another three to four minutes. The plate temperature is medium-high. The carrots should start to brown. Do not forget to stir in the process
Pour the rice into a bowl and rinse in several portions of water. The last water should come out of the cereal completely clear. Put the washed rice in a pan with onions and carrots, add salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning, mix. We keep on the stove for another two to three minutes with stirring and remove.
