If you want to feed your family quickly, satisfyingly and tasty, then this pilaf recipe is for you. This is due to the fact that chicken meat is cooked very quickly, when stewing it turns out to be tender and impregnates crumbly rice with its aroma.

Rinse the rice with running water several times, then pour boiling water over and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Peel the carrots, wash and chop finely. Add the carrots to the skillet with the onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.
