The beauty of a multicooker-pressure cooker is that dishes are cooked in it several times faster than on the stove, since pressure is created in the bowl during cooking. Let's cook pilaf in this device. We suggest taking duck meat as a meat component - with this method it cooks faster, the fibers soften noticeably and the finished pilaf turns out to be very juicy.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Peel the onions, rinse, dry and cut into small cubes. Pour into a bowl on the meat, mix and fry for a couple of minutes until the onion pieces are transparent. We clean, wash, dry the carrots, cut them into small cubes, which we pour into a bowl with meat and onions. Stir and continue to fry for another three to four minutes. The carrots should soften and begin to brown slightly.
Pour so much hot water into the bowl so that it covers the vegetables with spices by one and a half centimeters. Simmer for five minutes. At the same time, we prepare rice: we put it in a colander and rinse it under running water until transparent. We disassemble the garlic into cloves, but do not peel it. We wash them. Put the cereal in a bowl, add the chives, stir and add more hot water if necessary. Rice with vegetables should be covered with liquid one and a half centimeters.
Bon Appetit!
