We offer an interesting way of cooking pilaf - in a baking bag. The rice in it turns out to be soft and crumbly, the main thing is to provide a sufficient amount of liquid. Additionally, we take beef, onions, carrots, garlic and spices. As you can see, the composition of the products is completely simple, and the pilaf comes out very tasty and rich. As a seasoning, you can take a ready-made mixture for pilaf - it is balanced in composition and goes well with any meat.

Peel the carrots, wash, dry and cut into thin strips or rub on a coarse grater. Peel the onions, rinse, dry and cut into quarter-rings.

For pilaf, you can use any meat that you have in stock: beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc. In this case, we use beef fillet. We wash it, dry it and cut it into thin cubes.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Pour the prepared onions into a frying pan and fry them with stirring until light blush.

Then add the grated carrots, stir and continue to fry a little more so that the vegetables soften. Do not forget to stir in the process. Then we remove the frying from the pan and transfer it to a plate.

Add some more vegetable oil to the pan, heat it up and lay out the sliced ​​meat. Fry the beef until golden brown, stirring occasionally. We remove from the stove.

Pour the rice into a bowl and rinse in several portions of water. The last water should come out of the cereal completely clean, and the grains should become more transparent.

Put washed rice, fried onions with carrots, ruddy pieces of beef in a wide bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into small pieces, which we also add to a bowl. Sprinkle everything with salt, ground sweet paprika and a mixture of pilaf spices.

We measure out the appropriate section of the baking bag. We tie it on one side at once. From the second open side, put the prepared pilaf blank inside. Pour in the specified amount of hot water. We also tie the second side of the bag tightly.

Gently place the bag of pilaf on a baking sheet. We make a couple of punctures on top for steam to escape. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and put a baking sheet with pilaf in it on the middle-lower level. Bake for fifty minutes until the rice is soft

We take out the finished pilaf from the oven and cut the bag from above, open it. We lay out the pilaf in portions, decorate with chopped herbs.
