Bun Moscow on kefir

Moscow buns are a delicacy from childhood. Delicious, ruddy and very appetizing! Making them is easy and simple, and drinking tea with them is a real pleasure!

We heat kefir to 40 degrees. Stir soda, sugar (about 80 gr.) And salt in it.

Sprinkle flour on the table and roll each cake into an oblong rectangle. We fold it from the wide edges, then fold it in half from the narrow ones. We flatten one edge, and on the other we make an incision and turn a heart-shaped bun through it.
