Rosy, very lush and delicious buns for tea! They are easy to make on your own and will not take long. The dough based on kefir and soda rises well and the dessert turns out to be airy and appetizing!

We heat kefir to 30-40 degrees, add granulated sugar and soda to it. Stir well.

Sift the flour through a strainer.

We add flour to kefir, gradually, constantly stirring, so that there are no lumps and the dough turns out to be homogeneous and thick.

Divide the dough into cakes 15-16 pcs. Roll them out and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. We roll it into a roll and bend it in half. Then we make an incision in the middle and turn the dough through it to form a heart shape.
