Buns with raisins from yeast dough

Airy yeast dough combined with sweet raisins will allow you to make delicious homemade cakes. You do not need to think about which filling is better to choose, while you can make any shape of the buns.

Heat the milk a little, dilute the sugar and yeast in it, leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.

Then add vegetable oil, salt, egg and vanilla sugar. Whisk the ingredients well.

Next, gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Finally, add the previously washed and dried raisins. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 1.5-2 hours to rise.

Wrap the dough with your hands and divide into 12 equal parts. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, lay out the blanks and leave for half an hour.
