Buns with cinnamon and sugar from yeast dough

Yeast-based cinnamon and sugar buns are delicious! Soft, ruddy, very tasty and aromatic, you can't imagine a better dessert!

We heat the milk so that it is warm and add granulated sugar, salt, 3 tbsp. flour and yeast. Stir and leave warm for 15-20 minutes. until bubbles form.

Now we sift the flour and add it to the milk. We also add cardamom and cinnamon. Knead the dough.

We put the dough, covering it with a towel, in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. We knead it after 40 minutes. and at the end, when it rises about twice.

Now we divide it into equal pieces, we get about 10-12 pieces. Roll them out on a floured countertop in the form of oblong rectangles. Lubricate them with soft vegetable oil.

Fold the dough in half, overlap on the wide side. Then we also fold it with a narrow one. We press one edge of the dough, and on the second we make an incision with a knife in the middle and slightly turn the dough through it, form a heart shape.

We spread the dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar on top. We set to bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
