Airy and fragrant buns with poppy seeds are always welcome at home gatherings. And when the aroma of fresh baked goods spreads around the house, no one can resist.

Add sugar and yeast to warm milk, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then add the eggs and mix well.

Pour the poppy seeds into a saucepan, cover with water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then drain and add milk, continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Fold the poppy seeds on a fine sieve so that the milk is completely glass. Grind the poppy seeds and sugar in a coffee grinder.
