Buns with sugar on kefir

Delicious buns made at home will be an excellent dessert for tea or cocoa. The dough on kefir turns out to be very aromatic, fluffy and soft. A real delight!

Pour kefir into a saucepan and heat to 30-40 degrees.

Add sugar, salt and dry yeast to it, stir.

Sift the flour and add it to kefir. Stir well and shape the dough. Cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 90 minutes. Twice during this time, it must be kneaded, as soon as it rises by about half.

Divide the dough into 9-10 pieces and roll them into a rectangle. We coat each with soft butter.

Fold the dough with an overlap on the long side, and then also fold the narrow parts. We fasten the ends on one side, and on the other we make an incision in the middle and slightly turn the dough through it to make a heart shape.
