Buns with cottage cheese are great homemade cakes that can be served with tea. From yeast dough, it turns out to be fluffy and tender. And what about the magnificent aroma that fills the kitchen during baking.

Beat the egg with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then pour in warm milk and stir.

Sift flour and mix with dry yeast. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the milk mass in portions, knead the dough.

Add the melted butter last and whisk in the dough completely. Then cover the dough with cling film and leave for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place. During this time, the dough will increase in volume several times.
