Buns with yeast dough jam

You can add any jam to the buns to your taste, the main thing is that it has a dense consistency and does not spread. The yeast dough should stand well for the baked goods to be airy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Heat the milk, add a tablespoon of sugar and yeast to it.
step 2 out of 7
Then add 100-150 grams of flour, mix with a whisk until smooth. Leave the dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
step 3 out of 7
Beat the egg into a separate bowl, add the remaining sugar and salt. Melt the butter over low heat, cool and add to the egg mass.
step 4 out of 7
Combine the dough and egg-oil mixture. Then add the sifted flour in parts, knead to a homogeneous dough, cover it with a towel and leave for 60 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Knead the dough and divide into 16 equal parts. Flatten each piece with your hand, add some jam and then seal the edges so that the filling stays inside.
step 6 out of 7
Cover the baking dish with parchment, put the blanks in it, leave them for 20-30 minutes in a warm place.
step 7 out of 7
Brush the buns with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The buns are tender and ruddy.

Bon Appetit!
