A delicious meat dish can be prepared with chicken fillet and garlic shoots. Despite the rather simple and affordable composition of the products, the shoots of garlic with chicken will delight you with their incredible taste.

Defrost the chicken thighs, cut the meat off the bones and cut into 5 mm thick slices.

Cut off the inflorescences and tubers at the garlic arrows, cut them into pieces that are 5-6 centimeters long. Boil water, throw garlic arrows into it for one minute, then discard them in a colander.

Put a frying pan or wok on the stove, heat it up, pour in the oil. After the oil has warmed up, lay out the meat, fry it for 3 minutes, then add the chopped onions and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, water, press the ginger root, season and salt to taste. Stir all ingredients and add starch.
