Delicious boletus boletus can be pickled with onions. Onions give mushrooms a special taste and aroma. It is not very difficult to cook mushrooms according to this recipe, so even novice cooks will be able to prepare a couple of jars of pickled aspen mushrooms for the winter.

First, prepare the mushrooms. Clean them, sort them out and rinse well with plenty of cold water.

Place the mushrooms in a saucepan with cold water and lightly salt. Bring the mushrooms to a boil and simmer for about twenty minutes, then drain them with a colander.

Peel the onion and garlic and rinse. Cut the onion into large half rings, and cut the garlic in half.

To prepare the marinade, pour purified water into a saucepan, add salt and granulated sugar to it. When the marinade comes to a boil, add the cloves and peppers, bay leaves, and garlic and onion. Simmer the marinade over low heat for five minutes.

Next, put the mushroom in the marinade and boil them until boiling. Reduce heat and marinate the mushrooms for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mushrooms have settled to the bottom of the pot, add the vinegar and remove the container from the heat.

Distribute the mushrooms with onions and marinade in sterile jars, reaching the shoulders. Screw the jars of mushrooms with sterile lids and leave at room temperature until they cool completely. Put the cooled workpiece in a cold place for storage - in a cellar or refrigerator.

It is better to serve the mushrooms chilled, as a cold snack or as a side dish for meat dishes. Try not to store open mushrooms, but eat within 1-2 days.
