Fried boletus boletus can be easily stored in jars until winter. The recipe is very simple, so even beginner conservatives will be able to save mouth-watering mushrooms for the winter. Be sure to try to prepare a couple of jars of mushrooms for the winter, so that later you can enjoy the tender tenderly with pleasure.

Go through the mushrooms and rinse them gently. Be sure to rinse the mushrooms in plenty of water, or better - soak at least half an hour in cold clean water.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and send the mushrooms to fry for about forty minutes, until tender. Fry over moderate heat to prevent mushrooms from overcooking.

You do not need to add salt and spices, just stir the dish regularly in a pan so that the mushrooms do not burn. At the end of cooking, boil water with salt and citric acid in a saucepan to marinate.
