Fried boletus boletus with onions can be both an excellent side dish and an independent dish. They are fried very simply and quickly, to enhance the aroma, season them with your favorite spices or add cream.

Peel the onion and wash. If the onion is small, then you can take a couple of pieces.

Cut the onion into quarters, then cut each part into thin strips. Pour sunflower oil into a preheated skillet and fry ½ part of the onion for 5-7 minutes.
