Skinless tomatoes in their own juice without sterilization

I want to share a recipe for peeled tomatoes in their own juice with tomato paste without sterilization. The most difficult part of the cooking process is that you need to carefully remove the skin from the tomatoes. But if you follow the instructions, then everything will be fine.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Prepare the ingredients for your tomato snack. Select tomatoes that are dense and about the same size. Tear off the ponytails, rinse thoroughly under cold running water, dry.
step 2 out of 5
Pour the dried tomatoes with boiling water for a couple of minutes, then immediately transfer them to ice water. Peel off the skin carefully. Prepare the jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, water bath, or oven. Put the lids in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for about 10 minutes. Fill sterile jars with tomatoes.
step 3 out of 5
Pour jars of tomatoes with pre-prepared boiling water and cover with sterile lids. Leave it on for about 7-10 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the required amount of drinking water into a saucepan, add tomato paste. Place on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Add granulated sugar, bay leaves, black peppercorns and salt, cook for about 5-7 minutes. Pour in vinegar essence, stir and immediately remove from heat.
step 5 out of 5
Drain the water from the cans, and then fill with the prepared boiling filling. Cover the jars with sterile lids and screw the lids well. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave in this form until they cool completely for about a day. Then turn over and move the jars to a cool, dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
