Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Take ripe, but not overripe cherry tomatoes, remove the stalks and rinse the tomatoes in a bowl of water, changing the water a couple of times.
step 2 out of 7
Gently pierce each tomato at the place where the stalk is attached so that during pickling they do not burst and absorb the marinade well.
step 3 out of 7
Garlic must be peeled, rinsed and dried so that no water drips from it.
step 4 out of 7
Next, you need to pass the garlic cloves through a garlic press or chop them in a special blender bowl.
step 5 out of 7
Distribute the tomatoes in sterile jars and pour boiling water under the very neck of the jars. Cover the jars with clean lids and leave the blank in this position for ten minutes. Then drain the water back into the pot.
step 6 out of 7
Put garlic in jars with tomatoes, which will resemble snow in its appearance. Then prepare the marinade from the water drained from the cans: add granulated sugar and salt to the water, bring the liquid to a boil, wait until the crystals of salt and sugar are completely dissolved, pour in the vinegar. Boil the marinade for about a minute, no more.
step 7 out of 7
Pour jars of tomatoes and garlic with boiling marinade to the very top of the jars, twist the jars with sterile lids and turn upside down until they cool completely. After cooling, the cloudy marinade in the jars will become transparent, and the garlic will fall like snow.
