Cherry tomatoes in tomato juice

Cherry tomatoes prepared with this recipe will taste like fresh and will keep their shape. Tomato juice for pouring cherry is prepared without vinegar and spices and from ordinary ripe tomatoes. Such tomatoes are prepared without sterilization and 2 times pouring.

Wash and sterilize in any way liter jars for the preparation. Boil the lids. Wash the cherry tomatoes well, make a puncture of the peel in the place of the stalk and place compactly in prepared jars.

Peel soft tomatoes by placing them in boiling water for a couple of minutes, and twist them in a meat grinder or chop with a blender. You should have 3 liters of tomato juice.

Pour the tomato juice into a saucepan, add the calculated amount of salt and sugar to it. If you wish, you can add laurel leaves and allspice peas. Stir the juice to dissolve the sugar and salt, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the foam from the surface of the juice.

In another saucepan, boil clean water and pour over boiling cherry water in jars. Cover the jars with lids, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Then drain the hot water from the jars through a special lid and fill the cherry with hot tomato juice.
