It is very convenient to serve the preparations in the form of salads on the table. They can be a separate appetizer or a side dish for meat dishes. Parsley with garlic is ideal for tomato preparations; they will give vegetables a unique taste and aroma.

Wash seaming jars with soda and sterilize, boil the lids. Wash the greens under running water and dry, peel the garlic. Chop the herbs and garlic finely. Divide the slices into sterilized jars.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Put the chopped onions in jars on top of the tomatoes.

Pour sunflower oil into a small saucepan, heat it and pour into jars.

Pour water into a saucepan, place it on the stove and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes. Finally, pour in the vinegar and remove the marinade from the heat.
