Tomatoes with garlic cloves for the winter without sterilization

Garlic gives vegetables a pleasant pungent taste, making seaming with it is a pleasure. One of the most common and delicious options is rolling tomato wedges with garlic.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut vegetables into wedges. Peel the garlic, cut large cloves into several pieces. Wash the greens.

Prepare cans and lids for seaming in advance. Wash the jars well with soda and sterilize them, boil the lids. Arrange the greens in the jars, then, alternating between garlic and tomato slices, fill the jars to the top.

Boil water in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the jars with the workpiece and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then pour the water back into the pan, put on fire and bring to a boil, add salt, sugar and peppercorns, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add vinegar at the end and turn off heat.

Pour the boiling marinade over the tomatoes, roll up the lids with a seamer. Place the jars upside down, wrap them up with a blanket and wait until they cool completely. Then transfer the cooled seams to a cool, dry place for storage.
