Tomatoes, harvested in slices, allow you to minimize the consumption of fruits: in such a seaming, you can use substandard by cutting out the previously crushed parts of the tomatoes. The tomatoes themselves are dense, and the onions are crispy. They can be added in winter when stewing meat or vegetables.

Place a pot of water on the stove, add salt and sugar, pepper and bay leaves. When the marinade boils, turn off the stove and wait until it cools down to a warm state. In this situation, the tomatoes will not creep.

Wash and dry the greens. Put 1 sheet of horseradish on the bottom in sterilized jars. Put 1 umbrella of dill and 2 sprigs of parsley there.

Peel the garlic, preferably freshly removed from the garden. Cut each clove in half. Peel the onion heads and cut into rings. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut into slices. Fill the jars with tomatoes, alternating with layers of garlic and onions.

Pour the tomatoes in the jars with warm marinade to the top. Pour 1 tsp into each jar. vegetable oil and vinegar.
