Tomatoes with parsley and onions can be served as a salad or cold snack. Pleasant spice, light pungency and amazing alluring aroma of this appetizer will cause you an irresistible desire to prepare it every year.

Wash the parsley under running water. Peel the garlic. Chop the ingredients into small pieces with a knife. Place them in sterile jars.

Cut the washed tomatoes into medium slices of 3 cm and cut out the attachment point to the stalk. Place the tomatoes in jars.

Chop the onion, peeled and washed under running water, into rings 1 cm thick and place on the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add hot to 2 tbsp jars. into each one.
