Tomato wedges with herbs and garlic

Pickled tomatoes are the darlings of many dining tables. Try to prepare a piece of vegetables, cut into wedges, along with fresh herbs and dill. The appetizer turns out to be similar to a salad, it is convenient to serve it with meat or with a side dish.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them into medium-sized slices.

Finely chop fresh herbs: dill and parsley. Press the garlic cloves under a press or pass through a fine grater.

Put a piece of horseradish leaf on the bottom of a clean and scalded jar.

It is not entirely clear how much sugar and salt to pour in and in what volume of the jar.

Thanks for the question. The ingredients say 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt. Can volume 0.8 liters approx.
