This recipe is good because any tomatoes are suitable for it, even not quite "condition". The spoiled areas of vegetables can be trimmed, and the rest can be cut into slices. All that remains is to add onions, spices and there will be an excellent homemade snack.

Wash tomatoes and herbs, dry on towels. Peel the garlic and onion. Wash the seaming jars thoroughly with baking soda and sterilize with the lids.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, cloves, pepper. Bring the marinade to a boil, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.

Place horseradish leaves, dill and parsley in clean jars.

Cut the garlic cloves in half, cut the onion into rings. Cut the tomatoes in half or smaller, as you like. Arrange the tomatoes mixed with onions and garlic in jars.

Pour the cooled marinade over the jars, add a teaspoon of sunflower oil and 9% vinegar to each jar. Cover the jars with lids and place them in a large pot to sterilize for 15 minutes.
