Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the tomatoes, make a cross cut on each. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then, starting from the cuts, remove the skin from the vegetables. Cut the peeled tomatoes into wedges.
step 2 out of 6
In a separate bowl, combine salt and granulated sugar.
step 3 out of 6
Wash the parsley and dill, chop finely with a knife and mix them. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater, add it to the herbs, mix all the ingredients.
step 4 out of 6
Sterilize the seaming jars, boil the lids. Place a layer of tomato slices on the bottom of the jar. Then put some herbs with garlic, pour in a teaspoon of vinegar and add a teaspoon of salt and sugar. Continue to stack the ingredients in these layers, but no more vinegar is needed. Stack the tomatoes as tightly as possible so that there is no room for air.
step 5 out of 6
Cover the jars with sterilized lids. Take a deep, voluminous saucepan, put a towel on the bottom, put jars in it, pour water into the pan. Sterilize the jars in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
After sterilization, roll up the jars with prepared lids, cover the seams with a blanket and leave to cool. Store sewing in a cool place.
