We offer to prepare tomatoes with garlic cloves inside for the winter. This will kill two birds with one stone: get both pickled tomatoes and delicious pickled garlic. It tastes a bit like soaked.

Arrange the tomatoes in warm sterilized jars, pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. Pour the resulting broth into a saucepan, add salt, spices and sugar. Bring the marinade to a boil, pour into the vegetables. Add vinegar essence to the jar and roll up. Wait for the rolls to cool completely and store them.
