Today I want to recommend you a wonderful recipe for sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. I use this recipe when vegetables of different sizes remain and it is inconvenient to preserve them whole. The appetizer turns out to be colorful, beautiful and bright. Take advantage of this recipe and you won't regret it.

Pour the required amount of drinking water into a saucepan. Add measured amounts of table salt and granulated sugar. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, simmer for about 10 minutes, then pour in the vinegar essence, stir and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Pour the prepared marinade over the jars.
Place the snack jars in a saucepan, cover the bottom with a towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Cover with sterile lids, put on fire, bring to a boil and sterilize for 10 minutes. Gently remove the hot snack jars, screw them on with sterile lids, turn them upside down and leave to cool, wrapped in a blanket.
