Tomatoes and cucumbers in tomato juice

Fresh vegetables marinated in tomato juice are juicy and aromatic. The blank comes out very practical for your table. Tomatoes and cucumbers can be used as an appetizer, and the juice can be used to prepare sauces and season meat dishes.

Soak cucumbers in cold water and rinse. Remove the tails and cut the vegetables into medium-sized cubes.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly. We set aside most of it for tomato juice, slightly pierce the rest of the fruits with a fork or toothpick.

Prepare tomato juice from most of the vegetables. You can use a juicer, blender, or meat grinder. We put the resulting juice on the stove and bring to a boil.

Put prepared cucumbers and tomatoes evenly in clean jars. Garlic cloves can be added if desired.
