In the summer, I want to prepare as many tasty and fragrant sunsets as possible, which will delight on cold winter days and remind with their bright colors of the upcoming summer. I consider tomatoes and cucumbers in gelatin to be one of the interesting seams. Take the time to cook them.

Prepare the required ingredients. Peel the garlic and onions. Wash cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and parsley thoroughly.

Cut the peeled onions into half rings 1 centimeter thick.

Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut into slices. And then, using a sharp knife, turn the circles into flowers.

Cut the dried tomatoes into 4-6 pieces depending on their size and remove the stalks. Wash and sterilize jars in the microwave or oven. I sometimes sterilize in a water bath. This will take 5-7 minutes after the water boils. Put the lids in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for about 10 minutes.

Place black peppercorns, garlic, dried basil, cloves, coriander, mustard and a sprig of parsley on the bottom of sterile jars.

Alternating vegetables with each other, fill the jars up to half in layers, then add half of the required amount of gelatin, fill the jars with bright vegetables to the end, and pour the remaining gelatin on top.

Pour the required amount of drinking water into a saucepan, add table salt, granulated sugar, bay leaf and dill umbrellas, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Pour the prepared marinade over the jars of vegetables. Cover the jars with sterile lids and place in a saucepan, pour warm water over the hangers of the jars.

Put on fire. Bring to a boil and sterilize for about 15 minutes over moderate heat. Gently remove hot cans with appetizers from the pan, pour vinegar essence into each can and roll up with a seaming machine. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely.
