Tomatoes in a jar for the winter often burst and lose their pleasant appearance. To avoid this, vegetables can be prepared cold with the addition of aspirin. This appetizer turns out to be original in taste - sour, sweet and sour.

We select strong and ripe tomatoes for harvesting, rinse them thoroughly, remove the stalks.

Let's prepare the rest of the ingredients. Rinse the pepper and fresh herbs. Peel the garlic cloves. Boil in advance and completely cool a liter of water.

Put tomatoes, peppers, garlic cloves, herbs, bay leaves and black peppercorns tightly in a jar.
