Tomato blank is a bright and tasty dish that will make you lick your fingers! This recipe describes the preparation of tomatoes for the winter with the addition of citric acid. The indicated amount of ingredients is calculated for one three-liter can. Delicious, juicy and aromatic tomatoes are the end result!

We wash the tomatoes thoroughly.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices.

Put bay leaves, allspice and chopped garlic on the bottom of a sterilized three-liter jar. Next, start filling the jar with clean tomatoes.

We wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and cut into quarters. Fill the jar to the top with tomatoes. Add pepper at the very end.

After that, pour the water into a saucepan, put it on fire. Add granulated sugar and salt, mix. Bring to a boil, boil the marinade for a couple of minutes.
