Bohemian tomatoes with garlic

I propose to prepare a delicious appetizer for the winter - Czech tomatoes with garlic. Tomatoes turn out to be fragrant and very appetizing, having tried it, it is simply impossible to stop. Therefore, I recommend cooking in large quantities at once in order to avoid subsequent regrets.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Peel the onions and cut into 1 centimeter thick rings.
step 2 out of 10
Choose strong tomatoes, the size of the fruit will not affect the harvest in any way. Wash and dry the tomatoes thoroughly. Cut out the stem and cut into wedges.
step 3 out of 10
Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave, oven or water bath. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan.
step 4 out of 10
Peel the garlic. Place a few cloves of garlic on the bottom of sterile jars.
step 5 out of 10
Then lay out the bay leaf.
step 6 out of 10
Wash hot peppers, dry and cut into rings. Place allspice-peas and black peppercorns in each jar. Add a few chili peppers to each jar.
step 7 out of 10
Wash dill and parsley greens and shake off excess moisture. Fill the jars halfway with the chopped tomatoes, as tight as possible, then add the garlic, a few onion rings, dill and parsley. Fill the jars to the end with the tomato wedges, placing the garlic cloves in the voids.
step 8 out of 10
Pour the required amount of water into a saucepan, add granulated sugar and rock salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Pour in the vinegar, let it boil again and remove from heat.
step 9 out of 10
Immediately pour the cooked marinade over the jars of tomatoes and pour in the vegetable oil. Cover the jars with sterile lids and place them in a saucepan, cover the bottom of which with a kitchen towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars, put on medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and sterilize the workpiece for 15 minutes.
step 10 out of 10
Gently remove the hot cans and screw tightly with screw caps or seamer. Turn the cans upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket, leave them to cool completely. Then move the jars of Czech tomatoes to a cool, dark place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
