There are a lot of recipes for harvesting tomatoes in Korean. Today we want to offer you ours. Adding lots of garlic and chili peppers makes it a little hot. Wine vinegar gives it a pleasant aroma and special taste. Due to the fact that no oil is used in the preparation, it retains the taste and color of fresh vegetables and remains light.

We wash the tomatoes in running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out a little. Then cut the tomatoes in half and remove the stalks. Then we cut large tomatoes into 6-8 slices, and small ones - in half.

We wash the Bulgarian and hot peppers under running water, cut in half, remove the stalks and seeds. We wash the greens under cool running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry a little. Clean and rinse the garlic cloves. Put the prepared vegetables and herbs in a blender and grind.

Combine tomatoes and vegetable dressing in a large container, add salt and sugar, wine vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well and leave for 30-40 minutes so that the salt and sugar dissolve and the tomatoes release the juice.

We wash the twist jars with baking soda, rinse thoroughly with water and sterilize over steam for 7-10 minutes. Then let the jars cool slightly and put the pickled tomatoes in them. Pour the remaining marinade into the jars and seal them tightly with boiled lids.
